Hey everyone!

To lock in your appointment, please send a non-refundable $30 deposit through CashApp to 443-870-0170. The deposit goes toward your total. Appointments without a deposit will be canceled.

Human Hair & Pricing: 

There’s an additional fee for 100% human hair, and prices vary based on length. Please check with your stylist for exact pricing before your service begins.

Hair Prep: 

For a quicker appointment, try to arrive with your hair washed and blow-dried. Need help? We offer a wash and blow-dry for $20.

Payment: 

Cash is preferred for the remaining balance.

Satisfaction: 

Please review your hairstyle before leaving. If something isn’t right, we’ll adjust or remove the style at no extra cost.

Complaints & Fixes: 

Any concerns must be reported within one week of your appointment to receive a free correction.

Refund Policy:

 Kate Beauty Braiding Salon does not offer refunds.
